Micaela Darragh Principal Psychologist
Micaela is a registered psychologist, an associate member of the Australian Psychology Society, and an approved supervisor with AHPRA. Micaela completed her Undergraduate studies at the University of Western Sydney, completed her postgraduate studies in Professional Psychology at Macquarie University, and is currently undertaking a Clinical Masters at the Australian College of Applied Psychology.
Micaela has a clinical interest in working with trauma, substance abuse and behavioural issues in adults and adolescents and has had experience in front line community services, drug and alcohol treatment, forensic clients, private practice, group therapy, employment services, and delivering psychoeducational training to adults and adolescents.
Micaela uses an eclectic style in her sessions drawing on her skills and training in CBT, ACT, DBT, and solutions focused therapy. Micaela has a holistic approach to therapy and has a focus on therapeutic lifestyle choices, which include relationships, recreation, relaxation, time in nature, exercise, and diet and nutrition.
Emma Byrne Registered Psychologist
Emma is a registered psychologist, having completed her studies at Western Sydney University. Emma strives for a transparent and collaborative approach to therapy with every client. Emma is easy going, yet meticulous, and enjoys a good laugh.
Emma has experience in various community services such as schools, charitable organisations, assisted living, and in forensic settings. Emma enjoys working with individuals of all ages and has experience in developmental issues, Autism, intellectual disability, behavioural problems, trauma, drug and alcohol problems, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, major mental health issues, anxiety, depression, personality/identity, and psychological testing.
